Kylian Mbappé confirms ‘disagreements’ with Didier Deschamps

This international breaks mark the return of Kylian Mbappé (26) with Les Bleus. The last time the Real Madrid attacker played for France was in September. He then missed the international breaks in October and November.

The Real Madrid attacker was present during the International break of September without wanting to be real. “I had a discussion with the manager (Didier Deschamps) in September, where I asked him not to select myself. I was not good, I had hardly had any vacation.

The absence of Mbappé of the international setup was very much held under Wraps with Didier Deschamps who does not give an explanation why he did not call up his captain.

The reasons for his constant absence remained vague. Deschamps refused to go into details, but said that it had nothing to do with “non-sporting” things that refer to reports that Mbappé was a suspect in a presumably rape test in Sweden. The leader of France was on holiday in Stockholm at the time of the alleged event. The investigation has since been closed.

In the absence of clarity, rumors emerged from a gap between Deschamps and Mbappé. The latter has now called these rumors in an interview with Le Parisien. “If there was a gap, I would not have answered his phone calls.

He added: “I have my education – I always had respect and gratitude for the manager and I will never lose that respect.

Deschamps has already confirmed that, despite its extensive absence of the national team setup, Mbappé will retain the Captainincy.
