Renee Slesers explained how she turned the fortuines of Arsenal by combining faith with Real-World evidence.
Sleges took over from Jonas Eidevall in October, initially on an interim basis.
She immediately got the Gunners back on track and then got the job on a permanent deal.
Under Slessers, Arsenal has taken 37 Super League points for women, which is only two less than four-fold hunting Chelsea at the same time.
Arsenal is six points behind the blues on Tuesday opposite Leicester City, and just like Chelsea, the Gunners have a semi -final of the Champions League against Lyon to follow an extraordinary comeback against Real Madrid in the quarters.
Speaking with Sky Sports, Slees explained the formula behind her success.
“We did a lot about our culture and behavior in the beginning,” she said.
“That actually went faster than I expected. We have developed our game organically.
“The biggest victory is the way the team becomes owned. They are so determined to bring something more.
“Their mentality was so good those first few months and they wanted to work together to improve things. I am so happy that it went in that direction.
“What the fans take with the Emirates, it gives us an extra lead.”

“First we have built faith with evidence. We found the perfect combination of faith by prove that we can do things and trust that we know that we can achieve something more.
“We use those special moments – fighting back against West Ham, from behind against Liverpool, which beats Real Madrid – as examples and continue to strengthen them.”
Arsenal are the most important scorers in the WSL, with 49 goals, and they get a whopping 85% chance of winning prior to their match with Leicester.
After Tuesday's game, their focus will then focus on the Champions League collision on Saturday with European heavyweights Lyon.
Arsenal has only won one of their six Champions League matches against Lyon (D1 L4), are undefeated on all seven during their trips to see the English parties in the competition.
