Chelsea set to fend off Saudi interest in £115m star with Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr circling

Chelsea will reject an interest of Al Nassr in midfielder Moises Caicedo.

The Saudi Arab side had reserved the 23-year-old for this summer, but Chelsea has no desire to cash in a player who cost them £ 115 million from Brighton in 2023.

Caicedo, who rejected Liverpool to join Chelsea, will remain the key to their plans in the future.

However, they will unload a number of players this summer to compensate for more reform of their team.

Axel Disasi, Ben Chilwell, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall are just one of the long list of names that are expected to be offered in the coming weeks. Renato Veiga, currently on loan at Juventus, will also be available for around £ 30 million. Juve should ideally prefer another loan.

This summer, Chelsea wants to add a striker, winger, midfielder and defender to their team.

Liam Delap from Ipswich Town, Jesus Rodriguez from Real Betis, Jorrel Hato from Ajax and Dean Huijsen in Bournemouth belong to those considering.
