Dricus du Plessis brutally trolls Belal Muhammad after stunning welterweight title loss at UFC 315

UFC Middenweight Champion Dric Du Plessis got the last smile for Belal Muhammad.

Dricus Du Plessis said that he was 'satisfied' by looking at one of the best middleweight perspectives that lose earlier this month.

But it is safe to say that the loss of Belal Muhammad on UFC 315 has brought the middleweight champion more satisfied.

Muhammad and Jack della Maddalena treated the crowd of Montreal to a wild firefight on UFC 315. It was a high-octane matchup from start to finish, with Della Maddalena who shocked the title defender Mohammed with his striking bravery.

Della Maddalena has dethroned Muhammad by a unanimous decision to close his remarkable 18-fighter wintreak. For Muhammad, the loss broke an unbeaten line of 11 fights, including his title victory at Leon Edwards in July.

Dricus Du Plessis mocked Belal Muhammad only a few minutes after UFC 315 title loss

After winning the UFC -Welterweight title last year, Muhammad teased a potential switch to the middleweight to challenge du plessis and the best contenders. In the midst of the likely goodweight movement of Islam Makhachev, Muhammad rejected a possible fight with his teammate, which stated that he would rather move to 185 pounds than face Makhachev.

Du Plessis did not friendly go to the accusations of Muhammad, especially after Mohammed called the middleweight division the easiest in the UFC. Du Plessis recently defeated Sean Strickland on UFC 312 and will probably be confronted against Khamzat Chimaev this year.

Muhammad and Du Plessis exchanged for months on social media prior to the UFC 315.

In a recent message on X Klein Du Plessis Muhammad after his UFC defeat of Welterweight Title.

'[Belal Muhammad] Well done. Jk! “Du Plessis placed only a few minutes after the loss of Muhammad.

At the moment, Muhammad has not issued any public comments since UFC 315.

Before he fell on Della Maddalena on UFC 315, Muhammad was one of the best pound-for-pound hunters in the world with recent victories over Gilbert Burns, Stephen Thompson and Edwards. Despite the setback, Muhammad has not lost any successive fights in his career, a trend that he will continue in his future comeback.

As far as Della Maddalena is concerned, the newly crowned champion Welterege has a likely collision course with the pound-for-pound king of the UFC.

Islam Makhachev confirmed a double Run champion after UFC 315

Shortly after the UFC 315 Main Event, Makhachev went to X, everything but a move to Welterweight confirm to challenge a second belt.

“Time to become a double champion. Let's go,” Makhachev posted.

On Friday, Makhachev claimed that he does not intend to leave his UFC Lightweight Championship, to set up a potential interim title on UFC 317. Former UFC Vederweight Champion Ilia Topuria is expected to fight for an interim riem on UFC 317 if the matchmakers go in that direction.

Makhachev and della Maddalena were able to collide later this year, possibly in Australia or Abu Dhabi. Earlier this year Makhachev defended the UFC light weight belt against Renato Moicano on UFC 311.

After the result of the UFC 315 headliner, UFC fans were a considerable treat later in 2025.
