Harry Kane finally gets his hands on first career trophy as Bayern Munich win Bundesliga in style

Harry Kane proved during the week that he cannot sing to save his life.

But on the day the captain of England finally got some silverware, an opportunity that he will certainly never forget, Kane gave a reminder that he is half decent in scoring goals.

Bayern took the Bundesliga title six days earlier without kicking a ball when Bayer Leverkusen pulled with Freiburg.

Kane celebrated with his teammates in a chic restaurant in Munich before killing 'We are the Champions', 'Sweet Caroline' and 'Take Me Home, Country Roads'.

With beers that flocked in the stands from one hour before the kick-off, the Bavarian party was in the beginning in Bayern's penultimate match of the season by the time that Kane struck in the 31st minute before former Crystal Palace-Vleugel player Michael Olise got a late second.

After the game, Kane and his team walked back on the field along a red carpet and on a stage.

Kane's frustrations about a trophic first season in Bayern, the pain of not winning something with his youth team traces and the destruction of two losses in large finals with England were replaced by the joy to finally be a winner.

His last goal also broke a record. The header of Kane saw him become the first player in German history who scored 25 goals or more in his first two Bundesliga seasons.

The header was an 81st goal in 90 games since Bayern left for Spurs for £ 104 million.

Despite receiving criticism in some circles for not scoring in large competitions, although in the quarterfinals against Inter Milan he struck the 31-year-old already the most important man of the club.

Similarly, it was a special day for Eric Dier who followed his friend from North Londs to Bavaria 18 months ago and also won his first title.

The defender now goes to Monaco after rejecting a one -year contract to stay in Germany and he played in a presentation on the field for the game and received a standing ovation.

As soon as the game started, Bayern Lethargic was and seemed to pay the price for their Boozy parties.

Yet Kane scored with his first chance and it was made a lot in England, because the player who delivered his 14th assist of the season was Olise.

While he plays for France, Olise grew up in London and played for Reading and Palace before he made a relocation of £ 50 million last summer. He then delivered an agile finish for his 16th goal in the 90th minute.

Certainly for Bayern fans, apart from bringing tribute to their new goal hero, this day about saying goodbye to 35-year-old Thomas Muller who ends his 25-year association with the club.

Bayern hoped that Muller, 35, would score a 249th goal about what his 751th performance was.

He had a few moments, but his shots were blocked on both occasions.

And in the 83rd minute, Muller – who was finally able to play in MLS – left the Allianz field for the last time and received an honorary guard of the subs and coaching staff before a few of the first team participated.

Kane was replaced in injury time and received a big hug from his manager Vincent Kompany who must be grateful that Thomas Tuchel signed the striker a few years ago.

For ex-manchester City Defender Kompany this was also an unforgettable occasion.

And this was in stark contrast to a year ago as manager of Burnley, Kompany, a 2-1 loss for Spurs suffered for a 23rd Premier League defeat of the season.

If you had told him that 12 months later, he would have done a victory round around the field in the Allianz, you have to wonder what the answer would have been.
