Jadon Sancho transfer: Chelsea in talks with Man Utd loanee to keep forward at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea is in conversation with the representatives of Jadon Sancho about new contract conditions.

The blues would like Sancho to remain if they can agree on contract conditions that match the wage structure at the club.

Sancho arrived at Chelsea last August on loan from Manchester United and Chelsea now has a £ 25 million obligation to buy. They can pay United a fine of £ 5 million to get out of the obligation to buy.

The 25-year-old has left for a year to his lucrative United contract, which is assumed that it is worth £ 300,000 a week, with the option of another year.

In March, the co-owner of United Sir Jim Ratcliffe claimed that they still paid half of the wages of Sancho while he was in Chelsea.

United signed Sancho for £ 73 million from Borussia Dortmund in 2021.

Sancho came from the bank to score when Chelsea beat Real Betis 4-1 on Wednesday evening in the Conference League final. His 83rd minute strike to bring 3-1 at the time was his fifth goal of the season. The winger has also set this campaign 10 goals in all competitions.
