And some reports now say that the signing of Kerkez can be packed by the end of this week, because Slot's team is further strengthened prior to their attempt to keep the Premier League title next season.

NUNEZ -Price

Liverpool is said to be willing to accept an offer in the region of € 60 million (£ 51 million) to sell Darwin Nunez this summer – only a few months after they rejected a lucrative proposal for the striker from Saudi Arabia.

Nunez, 25, is expected to leave Anfield after a disappointing campaign for the goal for the newly beaten Premier League champions. And there have already been discussions about a possible relocation, according to reports elsewhere.

Ekitike too pricey

Wirtz is not the only Bundesliga star on the Liverpool radar this summer – but a deal for Hugo Ekitike will probably appear out of their reach because Eintracht Frankfurt Chief Markus Krosch is firm to keep £ 85 million before rush.

“If the price is not good, it will just stay with us. We don't have to sell Hugo,” Krosche told the German media. Ekitike had also been interesting for Chelsea, who has already signed Liam Delap from Ipswich and made his debut last night in the FIFA Club World Cup.
