‘My head is at Fulham’ – Silva brushes aside Spurs speculation

Marco Silva insisted that he remains fully focused on Fulham in the middle of left to a potential switch to London Rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the summer.

Silva is disputed as a possible replacement for Ange Postecoglou, which is confronted with continuous speculation about his future after a bad Premier League campaign.

Fulham is in the table ninth with the possibility to earn European football next season, something that Silva said was his priority for the rest of the term.

“My head is in Fulham. We have no control over everything that happens around us. It makes no part of me,” Silva said.

“With such important games week after week, our total focus is here, and we determine what we can, who prepares the players for the following games.”

However, the Cottagers will be in their upcoming Premier League collision against the relegated Southampton on the back of a defeat for fellow European hopeful, Chelsea.

Two late goals from Tyrique George and Pedro Neto completed the turn for the blues, with Silva frustrated by the late collapse of his team in Craven Cottage.

“They started playing in our half. I really believe that the result is very hard for us, but the second half was not our level and we lost the game,” Silva added.

Another man who is related to a move to Noord -London Next season is Southampton's Tyler Dibbling, who is impressed during his debut season in the Premier League.

The 19-year-old made this campaign of 29 top competitions, scored twice and noted one assist, with his displays attracting the attention of some major clubs.

It is said that Southampton has put a price tag of £ 100 million on Dibling, with Newcastle United and Manchester United also want its services.

“There are a few nicknames around,” Dibling said. “They are all jokes. Nobody takes it seriously. It's just a song. It's all fun.

Iwobi enjoys his best Premier League season in terms of scored goals (nine) and general targets (14).

Only one of his nine strikes did this term come outside of London, although he will be sure to find the back of the net against a struggling Saints team.

Match -Prepeling: Fulham Win

Fulham has won two of their last three Premier League matches against Southampton (D1), as much as they had in their previous 11 (D5 L4).
