Jude Bellingham is said to undergo a shoulder operation this summer after playing pain during the last 18 months.
The midfielder of Real Madrid has suffered a shoulder problem since he fell awkward and disrupted it during a La Liga match against Rayo Vallecano in November 2023.
The 21-year-old was excluded from two Madrid competitions under subsuquent and also missed the last qualifications of England 2024.
Bellingham has postponed to go under the knife and was forced to play with his shoulder heavily tied to prevent extra injury.
According to Marca, he was finally presented to undergo an operation this summer, which says: 'Everything points to Bellingham who surgery on his shoulder' at the end of the season.
A muscle injury to his right leg in the preseason kept the midfielder from four games in August and September, but he chose to prevent a shoulder operation last summer.
Surgery could miss Bellingham's Club World Cup next month.
Los Blancos is confronted with Hilal, Red Bull Salzburg and Pachuca in their opening fixtures, because they look at a prize of a maximum of £ 97 million for winning the competition.
In recent weeks, Bellingham has confronted with criticism from Madrid fans after a slump in shape.
He was sent away when the side of Carlo Ancelotti suffered a 3-2 defeat in Barcelona in the Copa del Rey final last month.
The English star was soothed after he had given away the ball on the half line, intercepted by Barcelona midfielder Pedri and eventually led to a goal.
Instead of haunting the ball, Bellingham stood with his head on his hands while his Spanish counterpart quickly spread the ball to a teammate.
In the meantime, Bellingham's brother Jowe is linked to a move to Borussia Dortmund.
The former party of Jude is said to have made a top objective for this summer from the Sunderland -midfielder.
Jude excelled after he joined Dortmund from Birmingham at the age of 17, before moving to Madrid three years later.
Dortmund maintains a strong relationship with the Bellingham family and believes that they can protect Jowe, 19, for £ 25 million.
