
Declan Rice has revealed the incredible gift that he received from Pop -Megarster Ed Sheeran after his heroic deeds for Arsenal against Real Madrid.
The unlikely link-up of Rice and Sheeran dates from the English camp during Euro 2020, when the then Ham midfielder joined the artist for a duet of the Oasis hit Wonderwall.
“Incredible, great, so good, and clear to see Ed and sing with him was another of the great experiences of the euros.” Rice told Mail Sport in 2021.
Four years later, Rice – now firmly established as one of the world's best midfielders – is challenged to play the guitar for their next musical collaboration written in a moving message written on the gift of the famous supporter of Ipswich Town.
Rice went to Instagram to show off the instrument, including the note: 'Declan! You play this the next time I see you, we have a singing number. PS Killer Free-Kicks! '
