“We had prepared themselves differently for most other matches, with a 3-5-2 formation that went into spaces and fights physically,” Tudor told Dazn after the 1-1 draw.
“We know that this is a Bologna side that has been built in several years, they have a specific type of football, fed by enthusiasm, especially on home grass, which would decide to prepare it this way.
“It's a good point, I am happy with a solid result in a stadium where everyone struggled. With so many problems, injuries, forbidden, we did well.”
Tudor added: “The boys gave everything and when you work so hard to balance the intensity of Bologna, it costs something out of your sharpness. We have created opportunities, but we are satisfied with the point, all things in consideration.”
