Leotta accused of ‘putting her a** in the face’ of colleague by his jealous wife

The wife of the former goalkeeper of Liverpool Loris Karius has accused her of having put her a ** in the face of an old employment colleague by his wife in a new television interview.

Television presenter Diletta Leotta is no stranger to capturing the headlines for both her relationship with Karius and her striking presence on the touchline as a host for Dazn's Serie A coverage in her native Italy.

The couple married last year in Sicily, with Leotta often sharing snapshots of their relationship on social media.

But Leotta unknowingly found the subject of an years old accusation during a broadcast of an Italian interview show.

The show, called 'Truth or Dare', contained Ballerina Eleonora Abbynato – who is married to former Roma and Juventus player Federica Balzaretti.

When she asked for 'the most absurd fight' she had ever had, Abbynato said she had been overcome by her own jealousy after the pension of Balzaretti.

The ex -defender – who married Abbynato in 2011 – started a career in Punditry and came to Dazn next to Leotta in 2019.

“When Federico worked with a beautiful girl on TV, I was very jealous,” Abbynato told host Alessia Marcuzzi.

Then it was asked how jealous she had been by her colleague -panel members, the former dancer implied that she had made 'scenes' and that her alleged rival 'imitations' had asked her.

“She put her in his face,” Abagnato added. “Unfortunately I don't have her curves.”

Abbagnato explicitly refused to call the woman who had asked her jealousy, but told the studio that “you are all in love with her.”

Host Marcuzzi, however, did not have such an effort and brought Leotta while she tried to compare the timelines of the Revelation and Balzaretti and the overlapping stints of the presenter in Dazn.

However, the ballerina refused to be attracted to the subject and Leotta still has to recognize the clip on social media.

Balzaretti later moved to Dazn's Champions League reporting, including broadcasts, but joined his former side Roma as a director in January of this year.

Leotta remains a lynchpin of the Serie A coverage of the channel, even though her husband – with whom she shares daughter Aria – plays Schalke for German side.

Karius admitted that he revealed that his wife was less than happy with his club choice after leaving Newcastle in 2024.

“Of course she hoped a bit for Italy,” said the Shot stopper. “I explained the hair. She wishes me the best in my career and said she is completely behind it.

“Milan is not far away. We can find ways to solve it. She also has a lot to do, so we will both commute a little back and forth.

'If your partner is also in the public interest, it is clear that something will be reported. But I never actively pushed myself into it. For me the sport was always the priority. '
