Footballer Phil Foden takes his thoughts from the stick that his mother gets from fans by going on a fishing trip.
The Man City Ace, 24, stopped a beauty that was caught on a trip with the Carp Fever team in Manchester.
This month, Foden's mother Claire was subjected to common songs by United fans during the Manchester Derby.
Man City boss Pep Guardiola was the people involved for the “shameful” language on full-time and said: “Lack of class. But it's not united, it's people, you know?
“We are so exposed, people who are on the screen in world football – managers, owners and football players, especially.
“To be honest, I don't understand the spirit of the people who involve Phil's mother.
“It is a lack of integrity, class and they must be ashamed.”
Foden gave his own reaction to Instagram.
“We will continue,” wrote the Man City star alongside five photos of himself from the game.
Fans flowed to the comments to offer the midfielder some support.
One person wrote: “Don't pay attention to the Haters Phil, every great person has haters that we keep going.”
While another said, “We are with you.”
