Marcus Rashford ‘couldn’t be happier’ at Aston Villa as he’s told there’s no way back at Man Utd

Marcus Rashford has been in good shape since he came to Bugleen at Aston Villa in January, and ex-manchester United star Teddy Sherdingham does not see him return to Old Trafford

After another striking performance on loan at Aston Villa, Marcus Rashford increasingly seems to be a full -time exit from Manchester United this summer. And according to Red Devil's Icon Teddy Sherdingham, the impressive run of the attacker means that there is virtually no scenario in which the United Academy graduated returns to Old Trafford.

Now 27, Rashford was once considered a symbol of the proud legacy of United of cherishing local talent. But his process has been dramatically shifted in recent years because of its Topsy-Turvy form, multiple disciplinary issues and constant management shift.

At Villa, however, he blooms and he almost led the team to a semi-final of the Champions League after setting up the goal of Ezri Konsa against PSG with a dazzling solo run. Given how satisfied he appears in Birmingham, Sheringham doubts that there is a motivation for the striker to return to the Red Devils.

“I don't think there is a way back for Marcus Rashford at Man United,” he told Casinoapps.com when he was asked about a potential return to his parent side. “I don't think he wants that.

“I look at the body language he gives off at Villa, and it is as if he could not be happier to be further away from Manchester United if he tried, to be honest. I think that's the atmosphere.

“I still don't see an incredible change in his body language at Villa, but I see a little difference in as much as … He is currently trying to enjoy his football, and he fits more with the Aston Villa players than what he was with the players at Man United.”

He added: “I don't think Marcus Rashford has a future at Manchester United after this season.”

Rashford has made so much impression in Villa Park that he even kept Fan-Favourite Ollie Watkins from the starting XI for both quarter-final matches of the Champions League against PSG. Unai Emery was confronted with a recoil from a few supporters when he exchanged Watkins in the 76th minute before Rashford, considering how influential the attacker born in Manchester had been.

Rashford started the season in an overwhelming way, and things took turns even worse when Ruben Amorim Erik ten Hag replaced in Old Trafford. After he fell out of the United team for the Manchester Derby, Rashford remained on the sidelines by the new manager and was lent a few weeks later.

Since he arrives at Villa, he has collected three goals and six assists in just 15 outings, with his overall energy and creativity that believes that he rediscovers peak shape. The Villans have the option to buy Rashford permanently for £ 40 million – a potential bargain if he maintains his performance level.

That said, it is likely that he must agree to a wage reduction of his current £ 300,000 a week's salary, of which Villa is said to cover approximately 75% during the loan saying.

At the very least, this rejuvenated version of Rashford has attracted attention, possibly a summer movement set up elsewhere if Villa does not activate their purchase option. And Sheringham is convinced that a clean break would benefit everyone involved.
