Hunter Campbell is a name that quickly becomes known to UFC fans, because he seems to be the man who could replace Dana White as president of the company.
The former lawyer has risen by the ranks in the promotion, starting as Dana White's personal lawyer to become the Chief Business Officer for the billion dollar company.
Hunter Campbell's relationship with White has brought him to the top of the company, with speculation that he could be the next row to lead the UFC after the current president purchases.

Who is Hunter Campbell?
Hunter Campbell is the current Chief Business Officer of the UFC, a role he has held since April 2019. He worked earlier from 2012 to 2017 at Campbell & Williams, before taking his first role at the UFC.
Where did Hunter Campbell go to school?
Campbell initially obtained a bachelor's degree at Washington University before obtaining a master's degree in science at Columbia University.
He then continued to Unlv's William S. Boyd School of Law, where Campbell obtained his diploma rights before working for his father's law firm, Campbell and Williams.
It was around this time that he would be an internship at the UFC, which would cause a relationship with White that would continue for the next two decades. He became his personal lawyer as he worked at the company before he got a role in the company in 2016.
What does Hunter Campbell do in the UFC?
After the UFC was sold to Endeavor in 2016, White Campbell recruited to add to the company full -time as their lawyer.
He then became the company's general lawyer in 2017 before he became the executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer of the UFC, the last role he still has to this day.
The role of Campbell in the UFC includes countless responsibilities for the lawyer, including closing together with the matchmakers in setting up battles, negotiating contracts and dealing with athletic committees worldwide, to ensure that UFC events can continue with minimal regulations of local bodies.
His responsibilities include negotiation with Jon Jones to have him fight against Stipe Miocic on UFC 295, the promotion of which had difficulty getting over the line before the fight was canceled due to an injury.
Ariel Helwani even noticed that Campbell was more involved in the large UFC fights than anyone else, including White.
“The one who is probably most involved, especially in the big fighting, is Hunter. Hunter Campbell is the one who does the negotiations.
“He is the one who is really on the telephone lines, especially for the big fights. Just like the situation of Nate Diaz, you know, the Jon Jones and Stipe [Miocic] – That is all Hunter.
“It is very, very rare that Dana becomes involved in the negotiations. It is very rare that he is [White] On the front lines that make his hands dirty. '

Campbell is considered White's right hand, called by the UFC president as 'the lawyer' as 'the lawyer' by the President of the UFC.
The two men regularly travel together for business and work closely together at the top of the company and make decisions as a few.
In an interview with Sports Businessinsider, White was full of praise for Campbell and the work he does in the UFC.
White said: “We have always had a lawyer on the fighting side of things, because there are clearly contractual problems … and nobody has ever done it as well as Hunter.
“He is super passionate about the sport, he is super passionate by fighting, and he is off – great lawyer.”
Will Hunter Campbell be the next UFC president?
Although nothing has been announced with regard to the next UFC president, there is heavy speculation that Campbell is one of the strongest successors who takes over from White when he finally decreases from the role.
In his current role as Chief Business Officer of the UFC and his previous title of Executive Vice President, he has the experience to lead the company as a president, although it does not look that White will leave the company soon.

There are no accurate data about Campbell's salary or assets, so it's hard to speculate how much he is worth or how much money he earns in the UFC. As a director and lawyer at the highest level, he probably makes a big salary in his role, more than most hunters in the promotion.
